1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. OYA reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale or clearance items
• Personalized or customized products
• Gift cards

3. Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [support email] with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for the return and replacement. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item, but we will cover the shipping of the exchanged product.
